Benchmark SCM is conveniently located in Rogers, MN, 25 miles northwest of the Minneapolis Railroad Terminal and 45 miles northwest of the Minneapolis St. Paul Airport.
Built in 2005 the facility has 240,000 ft², 34 dock doors, and is food-grade certified. We provide a combination of bulk and rack storage. The building is secure and has an ERFS Sprinkler System.
We provide ambient dry-good storage (55° to 80° f). We do not store chemicals or other hazardous items.
Benchmark SCM is insured; we carry Warehouse Legal Liability and Commercial General Liability.
